We live in a world of drop shipping where you don’t even know who is actually roasting your beans. Roasting coffee started as a hobby to see if there was a better tasting coffee available to me. So after a lot of roasting, cupping and sampling of many market and custom roasted coffees, I have achieved what many agree is a great coffee roasted to the specifications of our customers.
All comments, complaints, recommendations and inquiries will be answered in a timely fashion by myself personally. We believe that customer satisfaction should be the most important part of our business.
We have noticed that the coffee roasting industry is moving away from the time honored tradition of selling the customer a true, freshly roasted product. The feeling you get when you open that bag of freshly roasted coffee and know it's going to be good. Fancy packaging, fancy websites and promises that might be kept, will never replace having the best quality coffee available in the bag. I am a fan of great coffee so I have no problem in asking you to try it. You wont be disappointed!
We are located in beautiful Chambers County, also known as the Alligator Capitol of Texas. So as we say..."See you later Alligator!"
